Job Description

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Hotel Engine (MS) process team. The role involves assisting customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and hospitality-related queries while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • - Undergraduate / Any Graduate.
  • - Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Hospitality background (mandatory).
  • - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • - Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle queries with empathy.
  • - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs (5.5 days working)

Skills Required

- Customer Support (Voice/Email/Chat). - Hotel Reservations & Booking Process. - Problem Solving & Escalation Handling. - Time Management & Multitasking. - Professional call etiquette and active listening. - Versant C1 US Voice proficiency
