Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Hotel Engine (MS) process team. The role involves assisting customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and hospitality-related queries while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduate or Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory BPO experience specifically in Retention, Upscaling, or a Hospitality background (e.g., hotels, travel, customer service for booking platforms).
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Language Proficiency: Versant Score C1 (US Voice Versant mandatory).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from US-based customers to prevent cancellations and resolve booking issues.
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer travel experiences (room upgrades, extended stays, loyalty benefits).
- Leverage hospitality knowledge to empathize with guest concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve weekly retention and upsell targets.
