Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Hotel Engine (MS) process team. The role involves assisting customers with hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and hospitality-related queries while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- - Undergraduate / Any Graduate.
- - Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Hospitality background (mandatory).
- - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- - Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle queries with empathy.
- - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs (5.5 days working)
