Job Description

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our Domestic Insurance vertical (Health, Motor & Life Insurance). This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and advising them on suitable insurance products. The position is based out of our Pune office and requires candidates to work in rotational shifts. With a headcount of 140, this is a large-scale opportunity to build a career in customer success and insurance advisory.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact and advise interested leads on appropriate insurance products (Outbound LOB).
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with operations and client teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • - Qualification: Graduate in any field.
  • - Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • - Preferred: Prior experience in domestic insurance processes and sales acumen.
  • - Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • - Work Mode: Work From Office.
  • - Location: Mundhwa-Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014.
  • - Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. - Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence). - Strong grammar and pronunciation. - Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability. - Ability to work in rotational shifts (Females: Day shift until 8 PM; Males: Rotational). - Team player with adaptability and resilience.
