Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake DBT Developer to design, develop, and optimize cloud-based data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT (Data Build Tool), SQL, and modern data engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable data models using DBT.
  • Develop and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines in Snowflake.
  • Create reusable DBT models, macros, tests, and documentation.
  • Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and compute utilization.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Architects to build enterprise data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.

Skills Required

Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Warehousing. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake. Strong expertise in DBT Core/Cloud. Excellent SQL development and query optimization skills. Experience with data modeling concepts (Star SchemaSnowflake SchemaDimensional Modeling). Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation. Experience with GitCI/CDand Agile methodologies. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWSAzureor GCP.
