Role: Windows Administrator (Senior Directory Services Support Engineer)
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Senior Directory Services Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise directory services with a core focus on Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Windows Active Directory (Windows AD). The role ensures optimal performance, high availability, and strict security across the directory services infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Directory Services Management: Manage and maintain Azure AD and Windows AD environments to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
User & Group Management: Oversee end-to-end user/group lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control.
Authentication & Authorization: Implement and manage secure access mechanisms, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Operations & Troubleshooting: Provide operational support, incident triage, and root cause analysis for directory services issues.
Configuration & Policy Enforcement: Configure components, implement Group Policies (GPO), and enforce security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
Monitoring & Documentation: Continuously monitor directory health, performance metrics, and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Requirements
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of dedicated experience in directory services and IT infrastructure support.
- Location & Drive Mode: Coimbatore (Mandatory Face-to-Face Drive; Virtual interviews are not permitted).
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 60 days.
- Compensation: Up to 21 LPA.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
