Senior Salesforce Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and enterprise application development. Experience working on managed packages, AppExchange products, or financial services applications is highly desirable.
This role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, code reviews, architecture discussions, and collaboration with product, QA, and customer-facing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Develop reusable frameworks and enterprise-grade components.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Integration Development:
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations.
- Integrate with third-party platforms, payment gateways, banking systems, credit bureaus, document services, and external APIs.
- Design secure and scalable integration architectures. Product Development:
- Contribute to Cloud Maven's lending platform and Salesforce-native applications.
- Develop configurable and reusable product features. - Improve application performance, scalability, and security. Quality & Best Practices:
- Follow secure coding practices and Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain high test coverage and code quality standards.
- Participate in CI/CD and release management processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support complex implementations.

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• - Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• - Experience developing custom Salesforce applications.
• - Strong understanding of Salesforce security model.
• - Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.
• - Experience with Git and source control management.
• - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• - Experience working with managed packages and AppExchange applications.
• - Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• - Experience in lending, banking, fintech, or financial services software.
• - Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce DX.
