AppSec & AI Security Manager

We are looking for an experienced AppSec & AI Security Manager to join A2Z Youth Solutions for a hybrid contract role across USI locations. The role focuses on Application Security, DevSecOps, AI/LLM security, cloud security, and threat modeling. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills are essential. • • Strong experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, and Security Architecture
• • Hands-on expertise in securing AI/LLM, RAG, and agentic systems
• • Experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• • Knowledge of secure SDLC, threat modeling, API security, and container security
• • Familiarity with AI security frameworks like OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and NIST AI RMF
• • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
