Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Redis Expert with strong experience in designing and operating geo‑distributed, low‑latency Redis caching systems integrated with .NET‑based APIs and Azure SQL Database.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain geo‑distributed Redis cache architectures to support low‑latency global applications
Integrate Redis caching layers with .NET / ASP.NET Core APIs
Design effective caching strategies around Azure SQL Database to reduce database load and improve response times
Optimize Redis usage for performance, memory efficiency, and reliability
Configure and manage Redis clustering, replication, failover, and persistence
Work closely with API, database, and cloud teams to define cache‑aside and write‑through patterns
Monitor Redis clusters, identify performance bottlenecks, and perform root‑cause analysis
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery across multiple geographic regions
Document system designs and actively participate in architecture and design discussions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on Redis experience in production environments
  • Proven experience implementing geo‑distributed or multi‑region Redis caching
  • Strong experience integrating Redis with .NET / ASP.NET Core APIs
  • Working knowledge of Azure SQL Database and cache‑aside/write‑through patterns
  • Solid understanding of low‑latency system design and caching best practices
  • In‑depth knowledge of Redis data structures, TTLs, eviction policies, and persistence mechanisms
  • Experience in Linux environments and performance tuning
  • Good understanding of distributed systems concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
