Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI & Power Automate Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports. Additionally, they will play a key role in automating business processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing and maintaining data connections, transformations, and data models
Develop robust data models in Power BI to support complex business requirements
Automate business processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency
Provide maintenance support for existing Power Automate flows
Design and implement workflows that integrate with various data sources and systems
Formulate automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools

Requirements
- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Engineering graduates also considered)
- Strong understanding of data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema)
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL
- Experience with Power Apps is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Willing to work in Pune – Hybrid model
