Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our client's growing Electric Vehicle division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of EV-related projects. You will act as the crucial link between cross-functional teams (internal engineering, customers, and vendors) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, milestones, and timelines using MS Project or similar tools.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal engineering teams, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical challenges, and resource gaps; develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Budget Management: Define project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, track costs, and prevent overruns.
Stakeholder Communication: Present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting project progress, risks, and proposed solutions.

Requirements
- Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience within the automotive or EV industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering. (MBA or PMP is a plus)
- Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
