About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 Developer to join a high-impact marketing automation initiative for one of our premium clients in the life sciences domain. This role focuses heavily on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys) and requires strong .NET development capabilities.

You will work closely with marketing, IT, and business teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable, data-driven marketing solutions. If you thrive in agile environments and enjoy solving complex marketing automation challenges, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing

Customize and extend D365 functionalities using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

Translate business requirements into effective real-time marketing campaigns

Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enhancement opportunities, resolve bugs, and mitigate implementation risks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT) to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within the D365 ecosystem

Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and feedback

Stay agile and adaptable to changing marketing landscapes and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Mandatory
  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and .NET development
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or notice period of max 2 weeks (contract duration is 5 months starting May)
  • Work Mode
  • Remote (must have own reliable internet connection and infrastructure)
  • Ability to overlap with standard India business hours for team collaboration
