Job Description

We are seeking a **Junior Graphic Designer (Contractor)** with **2–3 years of experience** to join our creative team in **Pune (Hybrid Model)**. The role involves supporting marketing and design initiatives across digital and print media while ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality outputs.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Design engaging digital assets such as social media creatives, infographics, posters, and event graphics.
* Ensure strong layout structure with proper spacing, alignment, grid usage, and visual hierarchy.
* Apply branding guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
* Create designs for both digital (RGB) and print (CMYK) formats, with expertise in DPI, bleed, margins, and file exports.
* Support UI‑oriented graphics for Figma projects.
* Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for timely delivery and design iterations.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quick turnaround and high quality.
