Senior Functional Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across various modules.
Conduct business requirement workshops, prepare solution design documents, and configure system setups as per client needs.
Work closely with business stakeholders to define processes, map requirements, and deliver functional specifications.
Implement and support modules such as Fusion Time and Labor, and perform Fast Formula development.
Manage and support functional testing cycles including SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Cutover.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide expert-level support for HCM modules.
Prepare AIM/OUM methodology-based documentation throughout implementation phases.
Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components, integrations, and enhancements.
Deliver presentations, conduct user training, and ensure smooth handover to support teams.

• Mandatory Skills
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• 4+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes, requirements analysis, gap-fit analysis, and solution design.
• Must have completed end-to-end implementation for at least two of the following modules:
• Fusion Time and Labor
• Fast Formulas (ability to write and maintain formulas)
• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of AIM/OUM project methodology, documentation standards, and project lifecycle.
