Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview:

ASENext India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead its QA function, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and high-quality deliverables across life sciences digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement long-term QA strategy aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project leadership to ensure QA alignment
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2022 & CMMI L3 standards
- Establish risk management protocols and escalation handling
- Optimize QA operations for cost-efficiency and performance
- Lead and mentor a QA team of 30+ professionals
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Technical Skills:
• - 15+ years in QA, with 3+ years in a managerial role
• - Experience with PMO teams and requirement analysis
• - Expertise in QA methodologies, tools, and scalable frameworks
• - Hands-on with Selenium, Cucumber, Python/Java scripting
• - Proficient in JIRA and performance/security testing tools
• - Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Qualifications:
• - Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• - Postgraduate degree or certifications (MBA, Six Sigma, ISTQB, CQA, CQE) preferred
• - Proven experience in CAPA, auditing, and strategic QA planning
